Do the signed copies ship worldwide?

No. Due to agreements with our international publisher, we are only able to ship to addresses in the US and Canada. 

Does merchandise ship worldwide? 

Yes, all merchandise beside signed books can be shipped worldwide.

Can signed copies be personalized?

Yes, if personalization is requested when purchasing. Please note any personalization will be written by our Shipping Manager (aka Mama Paws). Signatures will be hand-done by each of us respectively. 

Do you offer any shipping options without tracking?

No, all shipping must come with tracking. This is as much to protect us as it is to protect you. Without tracking, we would not be able to have the mail system create inquiries for missing items.

What is your refund policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

If you experience an issue with your order, please email us with your full name and order number within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it.

What is your shipping policy? 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
