Pre-orders for this merchandise pack are only for Romantasy BookCon 2024 and must be picked up at the event. They will not be mailed to you. If you do not pick up your pre-order, it will not be refunded or mailed to you as we have already paid to order and ship the merchandise to the venue.
When collecting your pre-order, please show us your receipt and/or ID. If someone else is collecting your pre-order, please enter that information in the order notes at checkout.
We will have extremely limited merchandise for sale at our booth.

Cancellations are allowed until September 27th. After that, the order is non-refundable. Please email author.elizabeth.helen@gmail.com with your name and order number if you require a cancellation before this date.
